Great room rates
Our negotiated rate is lower than last years in Colorado Springs. The resort does include a resort fee, entertainment fee and tax, but even with those added, the overall cost is very reasonable for such a prime location.
Transportation & Parking Included
The resort fee covers transportation to and from the airport, plus regular, valet, and oversized vehicle parking. Easy arrivals, easy departures.
Day Room
We’ve arranged a dedicated day room so we can gather comfortably, share stories, enjoy our own snacks & adult beverages, and spend time together without extra charges or unnecessary hotel oversight.
Banquet Buffet
Attendees will enjoy a quality buffet at the banquet, and we’ll be able to accommodate anyone with dietary restrictions.
